How it works

When our Adviser makes an appointment with you, they will give you a unique password to use at the First Base centre computer to log on to the First Base Webcam Skype™ account. The Adviser will also be able to let you know what to expect when you visit First Base, such as informing their reception that you are visiting for a Webcam Advice Service appointment, and talk to you about using Skype™, how to log on, and any other practical questions about using this service.
